From our studio to your sanctuary, each package is prepared with intention and care. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery timeframes, domestic and international options, packaging and our returns policy — all designed to ensure your Elevacion experience flows with ease.

Shipping & Returns

At Elevacion, we take great care in crafting and delivering your order with the same intention we infuse into every product. Below are the terms that guide our shipping and returns process.

SHIPPING

Where We Ship

We currently ship within Australia only. If you’re an international customer and interested in ordering, please email us directly at hola@elevacion.com.au to discuss options.

Processing Times

All orders are processed and packed within 2–4 business days. Please note that during busy periods, this may extend slightly. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

We use trusted Australia Post and/or courier services:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Rural and remote areas may experience longer delivery windows.

Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate Standard Shipping (AUS): $14.00 (approximate and may change without notice)
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $144.00
  • Express Post Option: $22.88

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to a fault in the order.

 

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Natural Products & Scent Sensitivity

We create all of our perfumes and body products using natural ingredients. Due to the personal nature of scent and skin chemistry, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or scent preference.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hola@elevacion.com.au within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A description of the fault
 

We’ll assess your claim and may offer a refund, store credit or replacement depending on the situation. Return postage costs for faulty goods are covered by Elevacion.

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges unless an item is faulty or sent in error.

Our Discovery Sets

To help customers find their perfect scent, we offer discovery sets at an accessible price. We recommend sampling before purchasing full sizes if you’re new to natural perfumery.
