This website is owned and operated by Elevacion. All content including images, text, logos and product descriptions is the intellectual property of Elevacion and may not be reproduced without written permission.
You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only and not to disrupt its functionality or misuse any information.

We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, pricing and content are current and accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors or update information at any time without prior notice.

All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or update offerings at any time.

Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
Payment
We accept payment via PayPal and [insert any other payment methods if added later]. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Shipping
We currently ship to Australia only. Shipping costs and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, faulty or incorrect. Please contact us at hola@elevacion.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and description of the issue. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or scent preference.
Event Terms (Evening of Scent & Other Ticketed Events)
Tickets & Payment
All event bookings must be made through our secure Humanitix page or a direct booking link provided via our official website or Instagram. Ticket prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest by emailing us at hola@elevacion.com.au at least 48 hours prior to the event.
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will offer either a transfer or refund at our discretion.
Event Conduct
We aim to create a respectful and inclusive space for all guests. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who behaves inappropriately or disruptively.
Recycling Program Terms
Customers may return eligible Elevacion perfume bottles (spray or roll-on) and body product tubs in exchange for a discount on their next purchase.
- $8 discount per full-size bottle/tub returned (limit of 3 per transaction)
- Offer valid for local Australian orders only
- Must be redeemed via direct email order or at select events (not currently available for online checkout)
Liability & Safety Disclaimer
All Elevacion products are made with 100% naturally derived ingredients. However, we cannot guarantee individual skin compatibility. We recommend a patch test before regular use.
